What's Included in the All-Inclusive P rice

Everything included in the Rental Only pricing, plus:

Fully customized menu created from scratch with our award-winning caterer

Complimentary tasting

Access to all of our in-house floor-length linens (no longer an additional cost)

Access to all of our non-floral centerpieces (no longer an additional cost)

All in-house decorations and add-on options (except personalized spotlight)

Dinnerware settings including dinner, salad and dessert plates, gold or silver charger plates, stainless silverware and white, black or ivory linen napkins

Pertinent event staff including waitstaff, dishwasher, catering captain and chef(s)

All set-up and take-down as well as clean-up at the end of the night


Additional notes about the All-Inclusive option:

All-inclusive pricing does not include the rental fee

Rental fee is discounted if this option is chosen

The per person price will vary depending on the menu you custom
create with the chefs, the size of your group, and the unique elements surrounding your event

Friday and Sunday events receive $10 off per person

Weekday events (Monday-Thursday) receive $15 off per person

There is a $1,000 non-refundable retainer due at the time the all-inclusive option is added which will be credited towards your final invoice

The $1,000 damage payment is also applied to your final invoice once this option is chosen

In-house coordination can be added on for an additional fee

Bar services are not included in the all-inclusive add-on option but can be added on for an additional fee (alcohol must be provided by client)

There is a 20% service charge and 8.25% tax added to the all-inclusive total. Service charges are subject to the sales tax rate of 8.25%
